HOW TO MAKE AN AIRPLANE

HOW TO MAKE AN AIRPLANE

Hi friends today I will tell you how to make a cheap airplane. Before i tell you ,you must be familiar of the parts and terms associated with an airplane as--

:Engine-  An engine is the entity which provides forward thrust for the airplane to move in forward direction . In mini airplanes this engine is replaced with an Outrunner Brushless DC motor  of rating-110 watt and 12 volt.which can be easily found over  online shop or near a hardware shop.

:Fuselage- A Fuselage is made of very light but quit rigid  material like Styrofoam. It is the main part of an airplane since the whole of the weight of  airplane is over it.It provides strength to the airplane. All the other components are placed over it tightly.

:Wings- Wings provides upward thrust or lift to the airplane due to Bernoulli 's principle, which states that " the pressure within a fast moving fluid is lower than the similar fluid moving slowly".To increase upward lift
the wings must be of considerably large area and must be made of very light material like Styrofoam.

:Aileron- An aileron is rectangular in shape and it is connected at the back of the wings for controlling motion of airplane to right or left.

:Propeller- A propeller is connected to the shaft of the motor .It is made of a kind of polymer which is light as well as rigid. Its principle of providing forward thrust is similar to your exhaust-fan,when it is on ,it thrust out the air behind it to outside. It can be easily found over online shop or toy shop.

:Srevo- A servo is a kind of electromagnet. When a voltage is applied across its terminals the shaft of the servo moves to and fro.The servo control the movement of ailerons, elevator and rudder. The servo are of very light weight.

:Radio controller kit- A radio controller  kit consists of three main thing namely,a 12 volt 3000MAH dry battery,A four channel radio transmitter and  receiver pair. The receiver with the battery is installed within the fuselage body. The transmitter is used to control the motion of airplane in running position.

:Elevator and Rudder-The elevator and rudder are situated at the back of the fuselage. They are use for exta control for the airplane,i.e., providing external drag to the airplane. They are use to do spinning motion of the airplane.

:Horizontal and Vertical stabilizer-The horizontal and vertical stabilizer provides stability to the air plane during running condition, without this the airplane would spin surprisely  and suddenly crash down.
